I took this photo in the first practical session at my camera club earlier this month, using my 18 year old Canon 20d. This was the first time I had used the camera since 2016, and the start of my attempt to reignite my old hobby. I borrowed a flash to capture the moment. Needless to say, there are a lot of virtual negatives in the bin. Of the several dozen attempts, this was the best. Heavy on contrast to make the black backdrop disappear.
