I set up this still life for a fun Camera Club challenge – it follows a photo of a beach scene from Copacabana. Caipirinha is a popular Brazilian cocktail made from cachaça (sugarcane rum), sugar and lime.
Everything in the shot is from Brazil. The glass is an old family heirloom, probably around 50 years old. The Chopping board is a Bugatti chopping board, a popular brand in Brazil (I am not sure if related to the car maker), the sugar pot was a wedding present, and the other bits from various trips to Brazil.
