It is so true, my husband is a new man. Six months ago, my husband was 10 kilos heavier, tired and a little grumpy at times. He finally decided it was time to do something. So he decided to try The Great Shape-Up Program.

He has changed his diet of fast food and chips to a healthy diet. He very rarely cheats! I wish I could say the same. I really admire his will power! Due to his work schedule, he doesn’t get to work out as much as he would like, but he squeezes them in when he can.

He now has energy to burn and is a much happier person. He is also back to the same weight I married him at 10 years ago. Not many people can say that!

I know a lot of friends of mine would like their husbands to be in better health and better shape. Ladies this is your chance with The Great Shape- Up Program.
